Tallahassee's first public-private partnership (P3) project was a renovation of an existing 25,000 square foot warehouse originally constructed in 1974. This design-build project includes a full interior and exterior renovation to create a state of the art advanced manufacturing training facility. Included are eight (8) teaching classrooms with "Smart Board" technology, composite materials training room, tool storage room, and 5,000 square foot CNC manufacturing / teaching laboratory. The facility also include 6,000 square feet of incubator space to assist future start up businesses.
